Where Coffee and Logistics Meet

AZ Coffee Logistics is an initiative led by Michael Trung, founder of iO Coffee Vietnam and iO Logistics Vietnam.

The project brings together his more than 25 years of logistics experience with hands-on work in specialty coffee, producer relationships, green coffee, roasting, sensory evaluation and coffee education. This combination shapes his role: helping coffee professionals navigate logistics and helping logistics professionals understand the value entrusted to them.

The idea is grounded in a simple observation: understanding how to move coffee is important, but understanding the coffee itself changes the questions we ask.

That spirit guides our work. We begin by listening, learning and bringing the right people into the conversation.
