For us, specialty coffee logistics means coordinating the movement of coffee together with its quality information, documentation, timing and commercial requirements. It begins with understanding the coffee and the buyer’s needs—not simply with booking freight.

Our model connects origin preparation, packaging, storage, international transport and destination delivery through suitable partners. We consider the whole journey: the costs involved, the handling required, the delivery expectations and the risks to the coffee.

Consolidation is one practical part of this approach. Where shipment conditions, documentation and schedules are compatible, smaller lots can share transport capacity while remaining separately identified and traceable.
